What age brackets does Allianz use, and up to what age can visitors buy?

Allianz uses eleven age brackets — 0–25, 26–34, 35–39, 40–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, 75–79, 80–84 and 85–89 — based on the applicant's age on the effective date. Allianz is available up to age 89, the highest maximum age of the visitor plans we offer. At $100,000 coverage the daily rate is $38.96 for ages 80–84 and $109.88 for ages 85–89.
